| Installation Data Sheets (IDS) are data forms for the customer
to use to communicate and document that the PowerParts® are
properly installed and that they operate in the intended environment (for
all our mutual benefits). EnDyn recommends integrating those sheets
into the customer's current overhaul and P/M programs.
PowerParts® covered include
all major items such as bedplates, cylinder blocks, frames, crankshafts,
connecting rods, bearings, pistons, pin, liners, rings etc.
Why use IDS forms?

Instill operator/mechanic interest in
correct installation.

Reference data for preventive maintenance/failure
analysis.
