Instructor Biographies
Kevin Downes
Kevin is the current Vice President of Operations at EnDyn with 20+
years experience in the oil and gas industry. As a former oem
employee at Dresser-Rand Engine & Compressor Division, he gained
extensive knowledge in project engineering, customer compliance
testing, and research & development. He has held various positions
within EnDyn including Quality Assurance and Engineering Mgr.,
International Sales Mgr., and Director of Sales and Marketing.
Kevin's product knowledge, technical background and sales experience
create a great combination for Superior and Ajax training.
Mark Little
As a long time employee of EnDyn's Service Division, Mark
understands the importance of engine/compressor reliability. Mark's
industry experience includes engine controls, technical
trouble-shooting, rental compression, and project engineering which
is tailor-made for his current position as Director of Service for
EnDyn. With 20+ years experience with Superior & Ajax Engines and
Compressors, Mark's Operation & Maintenance experience provide
excellent training sessions.
Tracy Little
With over 40+ years in the oil and gas industry, Tracy brings the
utmost technical experience on Superior Engines and Compressors to
each Training Session. His current title is EnDyn's President with
25 years experience as VP of Operations. Tracy is a former employee
of the White Superior Engine Division with 14 years experience
including mechanic, supervisor, and district manager positions.
Tracy has conducted numerous classroom and hands-on training
programs all over the world.
Jack McMonagle
Jack brings a total of 35+ years of industry experience to our
training team. Currently Special Projects Manager, his past
positions within EnDyn include General Manager of EnDyn's Service
Division and VP of Operations. Jack has also served as a machinist,
mechanic, operator, and field supervisor and is also our in-house
Ajax guru. Whether it's offshore in Tunisia or in the Ecuadorian
Oriente, Jack's classroom and hands-on programs are the best
available.
Jose Antonio Perez Ortega
Our international specialist, Jose (JAPO) has over 30 years
experience in the Latin American oil and gas industry. His 15 years
of management at Corpoven (PDVSA) in Venezuela led to his expertise
in Plant operation and design, re-engineering, maintenance, and
instrumentation. In 1992, JAPO was named General Manager of EnDyn
de Venezuela, a position he held until 2003, in which he developed
experience in shop/field overhauls, installing turn-key compression
stations, instrumentation upgrades, just to name a few.. Currently,
he leads EnDyn's Sales efforts in Latin America, creating and
expanding the market of EnDyn's products for that region. JAPO's
bilingual skills and engineering experience are a major asset for
our team and provide a excellent training resource. |
